It is a great place for photography you have found you here Martin. the old three pillars that go into the picture gives a nice sense of depth, but the ends may be a little bit too much into the edge of the composition. The birds are also helping to create a little details and life in the picture.

The horizon gives a sense of infinity that I think are very beautiful, even if it is without details, it creates a curiosity that makes me wonder what lies beyond the horizon. It is a nice picture that I like very well.

Well done.

The soft light and the reflection of the sun's colors through the water were captured perfectly.
I love how you played with the natural light; it almost seems that the wooden pillars are following the light to the horizon :)

I like how the wooden pillars are arranged, what a great location (!) - and your angle while capturing the scene.
The seagulls sitting on them and awaiting the sunrise are giving your picture a kind of vitality despite the tranquil and peaceful feeling I get.

I would've loved to see a bit more of the sun though ;) but this is just a minor thing.
Overall, a stunning picture.

We often miss the small things in life as we rush through the day doing whatever we need to do to survive in this hectic world.
